I think I have a problem...
I'll admit it. I have an addiction. I don't know if there's some group or meeting or counselor I should see...but in two days I think I've consumed around twenty or more fruit roll ups. Once I eat one, some sort of switch goes off and I can't stop. They're too darn good. My favorite are the blue and green ones...they taste different then the red/yellow ones. More fruity maybe. I've learned to not leave them in my car for too long, or else it's too frustrating to try and peel the sticky mess from it's plastic film wrapper. I get angry. I start ripping at the Fruit Roll Up with my teeth in an attempt to pry it free. I end up getting tiny shreds of tasteless bits one at a time, and it's rather disappointing. So, anyway, lesson learned. My stash is now hidden to the right of my bed on the floor, near a register that'll blow cold air around it. Mmm. Usually in a Fruit Roll Up crazed haste I just stuff them into my mouth, but now I'm taking more time to enjoy them. While reading my Jodi Picoult book tonight, I wrapped a Tie-Dye Fruit Roll Up around my left index finger and just sucked away. It lasted about two minutes as compared to the 20 seconds it took me to eat them before. God they're so good. Needless to say, after pigging out on half a box (okay a whole box) I brushed my teeth for four minutes and rinsed with Act mouth wash. No cavities for me, please. I'm done with them tonight. The flavor explosion...the plastic-y texture...the artificial fruity fakeness...See? Like I said, I have a problem.
